How does personalisation work?
Many of our products can be customised with names, dates, messages, photos or special text. During checkout, you'll see personalisation options for eligible items. Simply enter your custom text in the provided fields - we'll take care of the rest!
Important personalisation details:

Can I get a discount on Father's Day gifts?

Here's what you need to know:
- Who can use it: Available to customers in the United States only.
- Minimum order: Your cart must be at least $20 before the discount is applied.
- One use per customer: The code can only be used once per customer.

Core product types include personalized name necklaces, engraved rings with custom messages, love knot and romantic necklaces, men's leather and stainless bracelets, engraved heart bangles, and multiple-name necklaces (choose 2 or 3 children). Necklaces, rings, and bangles are offered with engraving and may incorporate birthstone accents where listed. Customization methods include precision engraving for names and messages, and secure set placement for birthstone options. All orders are processed with SSL-secure payment processing to protect transaction data. For presentation, select orders ship in luxury packaging options (rose box or LED spotlight box) and can include professional gift wrapping and a personalized note. To qualify for a remake: Contact us within 30 days of delivery (60 days for international orders) with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship domestically within the USA and to Norway where the company is headquartered. Orders to Norway typically take 10–15 business days for delivery. Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply - these are not included in our shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled within 1–2 hours of placement, before production begins. Once your order enters production (typically within 1–2 business days), cancellation is no longer possible since each item is personalised specifically for you.Modifications: Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot modify orders once they've been placed. Please review your personalisation details carefully before confirming your purchase.
I made a mistake in my personalisation. What can I do?
If you notice an error in your personalisation immediately after placing your order (within 1–2 hours), contact us right away at shop@igotyouagift.com.
We'll do our best to catch the order before production begins.If the order has already entered production, we cannot make changes. However, if we made an error in reproducing your personalisation, we'll look into providing a remake.
